Our steaks, chops and roasts are cut fresh daily as well as our ground beef and stew meat and a variety of other products. We are proud to say that 90% of our in counter products are made in store from our variety of deli meats (pastrami, corned beef, smoked brisket, roast beef, bologna, pizza pepperoni, summer sausage) to our large selection of smoked sausage, jerky, pepperonis, bacon, back bacon, beef bacon, smoked hocks, smoked chops and hams as well as fresh sausage.
